Complete program for tool, model and mechanical engineering

ZETT MESS is one of the leading system providers in the field of coordinate measurement technology for engineering and production as well as for quality assurance. Our range of services as a system supplier for mechanics, electronics and software includes:

AMS
The AMS is characterized by guide rails (X-axis) attached to the side of the base plate, which means that almost the entire measuring plate area is available to the user. The standard AMS uses selected, preloaded roller bearings, while the AMS-L and AMS-P variants use high-precision linear guides. Precision roller bearings are used in the Y and Z axes. This type of machine is available manually, with a motor drive or CNC-controlled.

Measuring range:
X: < 30.000 mm
Y: 800 mm – 2000 mm
Z: 1000 mm – 3000 mm

GEO-AS
The GEO-AS is a compact measuring machine that is very convenient and easy to use. In the standard GEO-AS, the X-axis is guided on a ruler guide using precision roller bearings. The measuring plate on the steel base cabinet is made of either gray cast iron or hard stone. In the GEO-AS-P variant, precision air bearings are used in the X-axis in conjunction with a hard rock measuring plate. Precision roller bearings are used in the Y and Z axes.

This type of machine is available manually, with a motor drive or CNC-controlled.

Measuring range:
X: 1200 mm
Y: 500 mm
Z: 600 mm – 1000 mm

AMVF / AMVFL
The AMVF has a concealed guidance system in the The AMVF variant uses high-precision linear guides for xyz. The X-axis of the AMVF can either be designed as a separate guide bar or integrated into the measuring plate. The AMVF is available manually and with a motor drive or CNC-controlled.
The AMVFL, like the AMVF, is a floor-level machine and has a concealed and accessible guide system in the X-axis, which is particularly protected from dirt thanks to a patented labyrinth guide. This type of machine is particularly used in areas that are prone to dirt, such as model making, design or milling applications.

Measuring range:
X: < 60.000 mm
Y: 1200 mm – 2000 mm
Z: 1500 mm – 5000 mm

PML
The PML has special air bearings in all axes, which, in addition to the highest precision, ensure wear-free and smooth operation. The guide beam of the X-axis is precision ground from natural hard rock. The Y-boom is made of carbon fiber or ceramic, which achieves high rigidity with low weight. The X-axis is covered with a bellows. The PML is only available with CNC control.

Measuring range:
X: 1500 mm – 6000 mm
Y: 800 mm – 1600 mm
Z: 1200 mm – 2400 mm

AMW
The AMW is guided in the X-axis by roller bearings on the base plate with a side-mounted guide system. The measuring stand can be easily moved to the opposite long side – optionally also to the front sides – so that the measuring range and the possibility of access to the measurement object are enormously increased. Precision roller bearings are used in the Y and Z axes. The AMW is available manually, with a motor drive or CNC-controlled.

AML
The AML is guided in the X-axis by selected, preloaded roller bearings along a precision ruler guide directly on the base plate. Using appropriate drilling patterns in the measuring plate, the ruler guide – and thus the measuring machine – can be easily implemented, giving the user a high level of flexibility. Precision roller bearings are used in the Y and Z axes.

AML-B
The AML-B is positioned anywhere on the measuring plate made of gray cast iron or hard stone with the help of a special air cushion under the machine base and with almost no effort. This means that the AML-B has extraordinary flexibility and the measuring range is only limited by the size of the measuring plate. Precision roller bearings are used in the Y and Z axes. The AML-B is available manually or with a motor drive.

AKL – scribing machine

The 3D coordinate marking and measuring machine AKL from ZETT MESS runs on a spacious and extremely stable base plate. This means the machine stays safely on track during all work and ensures first-class results throughout.

The AKL consists of a robust Z-pillar and a Y-arm made of high-quality steel with precision-ground and chrome-plated running surfaces. The one-piece cast and therefore extremely stable slide housing between the Z column and Y arm runs smoothly and yet precisely using precision roller bearings.

The stable design of the AKL makes it possible to attach energy-powered, high-speed, lightweight drilling machines centrally in order to carry out centering or drilling tasks on model workpieces, for example.

The AKL can be equipped with a digital display or with computer support. In order to be able to carry out measuring tasks with high accuracy with the AKL, it is also possible to use measuring probes. User-friendly software from ZETT MESS expands the possibilities of marking and control tasks.
